About Scott

Scott grew up in the New Hampshire Seacoast and currently resides in Portsmouth, NH with his wife, Jessie and dog, Bailey. Scott earned his BS in Sports Management with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Hampshire. With his entrepreneurial mindset, Scott started to find his passion for the real estate business and went on to obtain an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. During that timeframe, he continued to further his career in the real estate industry, leading him to his current role as one of the founders and Principal Broker of Open Concepts Realty. His vision was to create a new and unique perspective that would enable his clients to experience the service of a completely transparent brokerage. Scott specializes in various aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including but not limited to buying, selling, leasing, property management, and investment properties. Scott also manages several of his own residential rental properties in and around the seacoast area.
