Scott was instrumental in securing a lease property for me. He showed me key properties based on my needs and did not pressure me at any point outside my comfort zone. Even though it was a lease which netted him less in commission I couldn't the difference in his approach. He negotiated the terms and protected my interest flawlessly. I will purchase a property within 18 months and will not hesitate to call on my Realtor Scott again for that job too! If you are looking and need a fantastic Realtor don't risk it, give him a call. We were relocating to the Alpharetta, GA area and had a very limited time to find a new home. We reached out to Scott to assist with seeing a house that we were interested in, as he was the listed agent. He was able to accommodate a time and date that worked with our schedule, as we were coming from out of town. Scott was very well versed with information about the homes that we were interested in and was able to quickly find the perfect home for us when our first choice already had an approved application. He truly went out of his way when he setup a FaceTime appointment so that we could tour a home once we had left town already. I would certainly recommend Scott to anyone in the area looking for a new home, as he was absolutely dedicated to finding somewhere that met all of our needs and in the timeframe that we needed. He was a great asset in securing a house in a short time period!
