Scott Sammons

Whether standing mid-mountain stream with a fly fishing-rod in hand, trying out a new dad joke for smiles from daughter Harper, or sitting across from the table swapping stories with a client, Scott cherishes meaningful connection most, with an uncommon joy that spills over into all areas of his life and work.
Perhaps because Scott was born and raised in Boulder (his family’s fifth generation to do so) and attended CU Boulder (Sko Buffs!), he wears his love for the area on his sleeve. He will jump at the chance to tell you about the best coffee shop in the most off-the-radar neighborhood, a great bike path he and wife Shannon recently rode, or all about the family business he grew up working in, an experience that now shapes Sammons+Co’s referral-driving philosophy to the core.

A real estate agent since 2004, Scott managed a large corporate brokerage before co-founding and managing Spaces Real Estate from 2012 to 2022. He is deeply devoted to raising the bar for the real estate profession and serves on the Colorado Association of REALTORS as a District Chair-elect and member of the Legislative Policy Committee. He is also a past-chair of his local board of REALTORS and regularly serves on task forces with the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
