About Scott
A fourth-generation real estate professional, Scott Sans didn’t rely on his lineage alone to launch his successful career. Between his construction and interior design background, public relations education, international travel, and high-end property development experience, Scott brings a unique approach to this industry, his clients’ needs, and achieving optimal outcomes.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Scott spent much of his early life training and competing around the world as a high-level tennis player. His ambition and exposure to different cultures significantly shaped his perspective on the world and human behavior. Although Scott was born into the real estate business, his passion to change the industry and truly provide unmatched client relations came from his experience as an owner’s representative and project manager for an ultra-luxury real estate development firm in Los Angeles. Additionally, Scott managed various commercial acquisitions and developments throughout both Northern and Southern California.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus on public relations from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he played on the Division I tennis team. After gaining his early real estate experience, Scott further honed his skills by earning a master’s degree in construction management from New School of Architecture and Design, graduating at the top of his class and with the highest honors designation. Since becoming an active real estate agent in 2012, he’s had one mode — go!
Scott feels a deep sense of responsibility to protect his clients and help them realize their real estate dreams, and his appetite for winning is the secret ingredient to their success. “Clients over commissions” is Scott’s modus operandi, and his distinctive perspectives and strengths give him the adeptness to address a wide range of demographics and needs, be they financial or personal. With a strong network of professionals to bolster his skills, Scott grants his clients exclusive access to off-market properties and unbelievable deals.
Scott lives in Alamo with his wife, Gina, and their two sons, Cole and Carter. His interests outside of real estate are vast, including running an award-winning olive oil company and winery, Calivirgin Olive Oil and Calivines Wines, with his wife. He is also an ambassador for the Diablo Country Club and head coach for his sons’ soccer teams. Scott enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. Equally invested in his community and the people who are part of it, Scott generously donates to various nonprofits each year.
