With over twenty-two years in the home inspection field, moving into real estate felt less like a pivot and more like a natural progression. Experience with remodels, rentals, and the inner workings of homes has brought my career full circle. I continue to inspect homes and serve my long-standing client base while expanding my role as a real estate agent, offering practical insight that goes well beyond the surface. I have worked full-time as a home and building inspector since 2004 and have been certified as a home inspector since 2005. My credentials include radon measurement certification (2010), ICC residential building and plumbing inspector certifications (2017), and infrared thermography (2019), along with certificate coursework in commercial properties and construction management. I’m a lifelong real estate enthusiast who appreciates demo day, thoughtful remodeling, and the unseen potential within every home.

Outside of work, family and community are central to my life. I stay actively involved as a board member for a local charter school, a role I’ve held for seven years, and regularly volunteer at high school sporting events. When time allows, you’ll usually find me working on hands-on projects with my family or knee-deep in a weekend garage project—turning wrenches, solving problems, and enjoying the kind of work that keeps curiosity sharp.
