Scott Stewart

Scott has been surrounded by beautiful homes and real estate for the entirety of his life. His father is an architect and Realtor in Aspen and Scott also married into a family that works in commercial real estate. He likes to believe this career path was written in the listings. Scott has in-depth understanding of homes, neighborhoods, and transaction details. Representing his clients is priority when finding the right house which you will call home. He understands each client’s needs and utilizes individualized strategies to achieve his clients’ goals.

Raised in Aspen, Scott has had the privilege to call Colorado home for most of his life; he is always finding new ways to enjoy this gorgeous state. His passion for life and the outdoors is expressed through his love of skiing, mountain & road biking, hiking, camping and just exploring in general. Scott first moved to the Front Range to attend the University of Colorado Boulder in 1999, while continuing to compete in various ski disciplines. He enlisted in the US Navy in 2001, where he served as a Hospital Corpsman. Upon his return to Colorado, he moved back to Aspen in 2006, to start his career in healthcare, assisting in surgery. He returned to Denver to attend Business School at UC Denver, he met his beautiful wife and now calls Congress Park home. After over a decade of healthcare, obtaining his real estate license is another method Scott aims to help the community. Scott’s medical and business backgrounds help clients by utilizing his strong attention to detail, keen eye, and common-sense logic.

Scott is also a Level 1 Sommelier and is always there for a delicious wine recommendation. He also enjoys traveling the world exploring cultures, the landscape and growing his understanding of the amazing world around us. He looks forward to creating a meaningful and lasting relationship with you in the adventure of real state.
