About Scott

Just a kid from the coal mines in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Southern Ohio, Scott Stout joined the U.S. Air Force shortly after graduating from high school in 1989. After serving as a bomb loader in the Persian Gulf War, he later went on to earn his commission as a Logistics Officer until he retired from active duty.

In 2003, after reading the New York Times Best Seller, Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, he knew that his passion, after he retired from the Air Force, was to work in the real estate industry.

In 2009, the Air Force assigned him to teach Leadership and Management Studies for the Air Force ROTC program at The University of Texas in Austin.

In August of 2012, he retired from active duty, and decided to plant roots in his favorite town in the world - Georgetown, Texas. Today he enjoys spending time with the love of his life, Kim, and their two four-legged fur babies, Lexi (German Shepherd) and Buttercup (Chihuahua). They also have four grown children: Brandon (Dayton, OH), Justin (San Antonio, TX), Michael (South Austin), Shelby (Baylor University), three grandchildren, Ryan (6), Jessa (2), and Sloan (5 months).
