About Scott

Mr. Swindell is a Regional Manager over Northpoint’s offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Sacramento, Charlotte, Columbus, and Cleveland. As a Regional Manager, Mr. Swindell is principally in charge of hiring, training, and overseeing a staff of about 20 managers that control approximately $200 million in real estate assets. Mr. Swindell provides asset management through the design and implementation of re-positioning strategies to overcome market and property obstacles. He is also a Senior Manager in Northpoint’s Sacramento office providing Real Estate Management services for residential and commercial clients. Mr. Swindell holds significant client representation experience in both the technology and real estate industries during his 20 year career, throughout the US.
Experience
Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Swindell was the Managing Broker for Stuart & Associates for just under a decade. Prior to this position, Mr. Swindell was a District Manager for Lucent Technologies. Mr. Swindell also held other positions that provide him with exceptional professional experience.
Education
Mr. Swindell holds a B.S. degree with Dean's List recognition from DeVry University and is in process of completing his M.B.A degree from the Keller School of Management. Mr. Swindell also holds a Real Estate Broker's License in the state of California.
