2003. He joined Realty Texas, LLC. last year. Scott started out leasing condos and apartments mainly in the University of Texas area and quickly shifted to sales helping investors and families buy, sell, and lease condos, homes, and multifamily properties. Scott is also always ready to help anyone who is looking to lease a home and help them on the path to home ownership if that is their goal. Scott has earned the designation of (CNE) Certified Negotiation Expert, and (CNAS) Cartus Network Affinity Specialist designation that specializes in helping Military families with a smooth relocation when the time comes for a move. Scott has one son who has been serving in the Air Force for 9 years and is married to his amazing daughter-in-law Ashleigh and has three incredible grandchildren. Scott grew up in the Northwest but had always longed to travel, experience Scott Swinney, has been a REALTOR® in Central Texas since March of new cultures, and eventually moved to the Caribbean and lived on St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. for about five years. While living there he picked up Scuba Diving and that is now one of his biggest passions. Scott made his way to Central Texas in 1995 and the Austin area has been his home for the last 24 years. Scott enjoys giving back to the community volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and helping Mobil Loaves and Fishes feed as many people as they can that are hungry and nowhere to turn for a meal.
