Scott Wagner

Scott grew up outside of Seattle, Washington and is a graduate of the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. His career started as a licensed insurance agent until 2004, when he transitioned to his real estate career at Windermere Real Estate, West Seattle. Soon after, he met his future spouse and they moved to Juneau, Alaska where he continued to help clients buy and sell homes with RE/MAX of Juneau. Living in Alaska was an amazing time, both personally and professionally. While there, he served on the Southeast Alaska Board of Realtors® and built a thriving career, consistently earning top producers awards.

In 2012 it was time to leave Alaska to be closer to his in-laws on the east coast. They looked at several locations in the northeast and mid-Atlantic, until they stumbled upon Coastal Delaware. It was love at first sight! Within six months they had relocated to Lewes, Delaware where he plans to be the rest of his life!

When he's not working, you can find him spending time with his yellow lab, gardening at their house in Lewes, hiking or kayaking at one of Delmarva's amazing State Parks, and enjoying the many restaurants in the area.
