A proud California native, he is a graduate of Cal State Northridge has held a General Building Contractor’s B-1 license for more than forty years. His strengths in the building, marketing, and finance industries provide invaluable resources to all of his clients.

Scott specializes in residential homes, the industrial commercial market, subdivision land, lots, exchanges, and trades. He believes he has an uncanny ability to create a sale when one never existed by thinking outside of the box to make a sale happen.
