Scott Zink’s love of real estate and construction runs deep. Since initiating his first development project in 2003, his fascination with and passion for all areas of the development process – from asset acquisition to project underwriting and building design – has only grown stronger. In leading ZRE Development LLC, Scott’s primary focus is sourcing exceptional development sites to construct high-performance, sustainable buildings with beautiful design aesthetics. Scott lives in Wakefield, MA with his wife and daughters. Although he rarely takes a day off, when he has free time, he enjoys playing golf, and snowboarding and is a die-hard Boston sports fan.
