If you are in search of a realtor to help you buy or sell your home, then there is no greater favor you could do for yourself than to hire Scottie Vosburgh. Scottie not only helped us sell our home earlier this year, but her expert guidance and helping hands enabled us sell the house for more than we ever thought we could . She is keenly aware of market trends and her long and varied experience enables her to know exactly how to present the home to make the best impressions possible. Her advice to us was always solid. Scottie will not simply tell you what you want to hear to make you happy. She will keep it very real, because she knows that her clients deserve the straight truth, and nobody dealing in real estate transactions wants to be misled. Scottie has excellent professional connections who do solid, reasonably priced work and will help you get your home show-ready. She will, also contribute her own elbow grease to the cause, and in our situation, that was a life-saver! When, as happens sometimes, there were unexpected hiccups (understatement!) on the buyer's side at the time of closing, Scottie went to bat for us and made sure all of our interests were protected, to the best of her ability. All the while dealing with a very difficult realtor on the other side, she kept a clear head, stayed on top of everything, and kept our nerves in place. I cannot stress how important it was in those moments that we knew we were in the hands of a realtor we could trust and who had our best interests at heart. Of all the realtors we have worked with in the past, Scottie was, hands-down, the best, and if you make her part of your team I promise you will have no regrets.
