A member of The West Team, Sean Balzer is a Florida native, coming from the Panhandle originally, who has settled eagerly into his home and role in South Florida and with Compass. Sean comes to the industry with a unique set of experiences, having previously worked as a Certified Addiction Professional at substance abuse and mental health rehabilitation facilities, helping combat the opioid epidemic. The skills that enabled Sean to excel in that capacity—patience, persistence, and acuity for listening to understand—equally serve him in this occupation. Daily, Sean strives to work harder than anyone else, and help his clients meet their objectives.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a psychology degree, Sean keeps memberships in the National Association of REALTORS and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. On the rare occasion he’s not helping a client, Sean is a follower of all sports and Tesla cars.
