Sean Bozigian is a real estate advisor known for his calm, thoughtful approach and a focus on helping clients make well-informed decisions that support their long-term goals. His work goes beyond buying and selling homes. He helps clients understand how real estate fits into the broader picture of their lives, finances, and future plans. His work has led to consistent recognition among Arizona’s top-performing real estate professionals.
Raised around real estate and inspired by two generations of Realtors, Sean developed an early appreciation for the responsibility that comes with guiding major life decisions. That perspective shapes how he works today with patience, clarity, and an emphasis on protecting clients from unnecessary risk, stress, or costly missteps.
A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Sean began his career in sports management before returning to Arizona after several years in Washington State. That relocation experience, combined with years of hands-on investing, gives him a practical and empathetic understanding of the challenges clients face when navigating change, whether they are relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or investing.
Sean is known for his ability to manage complex transactions while keeping communication clear and decisions grounded. His work is built on long-term client relationships and a disciplined, strategic approach. He works with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and families alike, always prioritizing strategy and long-term outcomes over short-term wins.
To support this approach, Sean founded Bozi & Co., a curated and evolving collective of trusted professionals and resources designed to support clients before, during, and long after a transaction. The group spans financial, legal, construction, and advisory disciplines and continues to grow, with the goal of providing clients with thoughtful guidance as their needs change over time.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys golfing throughout the Valley, exploring Arizona’s dining scene, and traveling with his wife, Lauren, their son, Carter, and their dog, Remi.
