This Denver housing market is nuts! Thank goodness we had Sean on our side. As first time home buyers in a very competitive market, Sean really helped us! His expertise, dedication to his clients, and follow through is very impressive! He is also charming, and kind! jodie brownlee Sean was thorough when inspecting properties with us, checking things like plumbing, electricity and hot water systems. When it was time to negotiate, he got us the best deal possible. He checked over the paperwork and explained everything to us before we signed. He also noticed that the parking space was listed as 'reserved' but the code indicated that it should be deeded. He followed up on this and had the title changed to reflect that it was deeded. So now we actually own it. Score! He also has a sense of humor which made house hunting fun.

Sean Brown is an amazing real estate agent. It is difficult to put into words how professional and amazing Sean is, but I will certainly try. Sean was incredibly dedicated and easy to work with, and he exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that is extremely difficult to find. Prior to working with Sean, I was quite disappointed and frustrated regarding the prospect of purchasing a home. After working with several real estate agents and bidding on over 20 houses with no success, I was ready to quit the world of real estate and give up. That all changed during our first property viewing with Sean. Sean was punctual, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. During our home- buying process, Sean displayed honesty, integrity, and dedication that I have never experienced in business before. I wanted to take a minute and recommend the real estate service of Sean Brown. I recently engaged Sean to help me with the sale of a home. It was a pleasure working with Sean. He proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. This sale was not particularly easy as we had two contract offerings fall before we completed the sale. Thought out it all Sean was very helpful and encouraging. His insight into the current market and contract & property advice proved to be accurate and correct. His judgments on market value, pricing, and rehabilitation on my property proved to be right on the money. I have been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Colorado for the past 22 years; as such I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of Real Estate Brokers over the years.
