Sean helped us buy our first house a little over a year ago. We searched for the perfect home for close to a year before that! Throughout the whole experience Sean was there! He was always supportive, optimistic and available. So easy to get in touch with at all hours. He was always there for us and would give us his honest opinion when asked based on his experience. He’s exactly what we needed as first time home buyers. He truly is the best there is! This market is crazy, but I assure you if anyone was to find you the perfect home it would be Sean!

I had the opportunity to work with Sean Green after he was recommended to me by my nephew who purchased a home from him. Sean was highly knowledgeable, professional and explained and walked me through all of the steps of the sale of my home. He was extremely aggressive in the marketing of my home and informing my Neighborhood that my home was for sale. He conducted an open house and we received multiple offers and ultimately the sale of the home as a result. It was my pleasure getting to know and work with Mr. Green. I’ve found my own personal real estate agent, for life ! Sean is someone who sets the bar; who once you’ve partnered with in your home search there is just no other agent that will ever compare. Sean worked vigorously through an absolutely crazy 2021 market, to find my wife and I our dream home, and in a record amount of time. He’s very organized and thorough, totally dedicated, very sharp and definitely very professional to say just a few words and the least. He will make you look good; his approach and appeal to listing agents in our offer gave us that angle and edge that stood out and above from the rest of the crowd. He’s aggressive in an extremely demanding housing market, but also very patient and diligent in his search for your perfectly tailored home fit. Sean Green is the Best NY Realtor for New Yorkers (and those who want to be).

Green means go. And that’s exactly what Sean did. From the moment we started our house hunting, he immediately went to work gathering our wants and preferences, and exploring inventory that was flying off the market within moments of being listed. Sean did his homework on every single property we liked on the MLS, and would dive deep to find out every possible detail as to whether the house was a worthwhile endeavor for us (he had a very good understanding of the ‘must-have’s’ and ‘don’t bother’s’). His insight into real estate, plus his architectural knowledge, makes Sean the ultimate partner in home buying. I believe that if we had gone with another realtor, they would’ve likely pushed us into a bidding war (we are talking about 2020’s insane gold rush to buy homes in the suburbs), and we would have likely either been left with considering a home that wasn’t really everything we hoped for, or we’d still be looking. Well, needless to say that we found the home we hoped for and more- and we know that we owe a great deal of our luck to Sean. He gave great advice as to the realities of home buying, what to look for in evaluating a homes’ worth, little tips here and there as to what to expect if we bought X home (the different systems in the house, structural, roofing, etc.), and generally how the entire closing process works. We already know that if we look to purchase or sell another property, Sean is our guy. Bottom line, house hunting is stressful enough— save yourself a headache and go with a reliable realtor. Otherwise, you get what you’re working with!

I have dealt with other realtors before and Sean Green is by far the most professional, dedicated, responsive , honest and knowledgeable agent. He is honest about properties and was never pushy. Sean Green is hands down the platinum package as far as real estate agents are concerned. He is the definition of a professional, reliable, experienced and a committed customer agent. I can only speak from a sellers experience as my husband and I moved out of state. The only thing Sean does not have is a license in the Carolinas. The short of my experience is that if you are seeking an agent you need someone who not only has the above listed qualities but also has the network other professionals to complete the task. I am confident in saying look no further and know that you will be receiving quality unlike any other from Sean when you decide it is time to sell your home.
I am a very particular person and my husband is very skeptical. With that said, we had Sean come to our home during this pandemic to look at our home and give his professional opinion. At the time I was pregnant and my husband and I were just at the beginning stages of considering an out of state move. He was respectful, honest and not the typical salesman. Fast forward almost a month later after seeking other options (and having our new infant) we called Sean back to our home to revisit our selling options. That night Sean came prepared but did not pull out the papers until we said "let's do it". Let me just reiterate that these days real estate is basically a click away and you can easily overlook the need for an agent. Sean has the network of people you forget are also involved in the process including photographer, lawyers and a list of other professionals to assist in the details of any issues that may arise that only comes with an experienced agent. Later that week the photographer was here taking pictures and quickly after our house was posted on every site I could search. I am the type of person who likes to be forever in the know and Sean was extremely patient and attentive to my needs. He was never more than a phone call away. We had an overwhelming response in the first weekend and Sean was there to help us navigate through the whole process. It's not easy to have to leave your home and allow complete strangers walk through while you are not there. Sean gave us the assurance we needed. At the end of the first weekend of being listed Sean came to our house after our children were asleep to discuss the public response to our listing. A few days after mulling over our options we decided to accept an offer. Keep in mind, at no point did Sean ever makes us feel as if we needed to sign on the dotted line quickly or we would miss out. He gave us the facts and educated my husband and I how to sort through the offers in our best interest and not just what would make us the most! Sure it's easy to say take the highest offer but that's not always the best. We are currently in contract and awaiting the bank to uphold their end of the bargain. However I am more than satisfied and can attest that Sean Green is the only way to go!

Sean was nothing short of great during our search for a home. He is very knowledgeable, and always had good questions for the owners, things we hadn't even thought about . On walk-throughs he is thorough and will let you know if he sees any red flags. He was always available to answer questions, and trust me, we had a ton. We had a decent sized "must haves" list, in a tough market, and Sean was able to find us a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. At a really good price too. Sean put up with us for over a year while we nit picked more than 100 homes. He was extremely dedicated and devoted to finding us “the one” and refused to give up or let us settle for anything less than we wanted. He took us to see homes every weekend and even on weeknights, always making time for us. His expansive knowledge of the Patchogue area and surrounding towns can’t be beat and his architectural background is a major bonus. Sean’s professional yet friendly/down to earth personality turned the stressful experience of house hunting into something pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

His dedication is above all others as he will work constantly to help you find the home of your dreams. Available at all hours he is eager to answer any question you may have. He will dedicate a complete weekend to you and your family, which many do not do. Seeing ten homes in a single day is not easy with a three year old, however Sean made it seem easy.
