Sean Hwangbo

Sean S. Hwangbo is Senior Vice President Investments of Remax based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, specializing in Investment Grade Real Estate with an emphasis in Multi-Family/Commercial properties. Born in South Korea, Sean speaks fluent English and Korean making him specially valuable in today’s market with an increasing number of Korean investors looking to maximizing value in U.S commercial Real Estate Investment Market.

Since his acceptance into Marcus & Millichap's prestigious Sales Intern Program (SIP) in year 2014, Sean has actively been involved in the underwriting, listing, aggressive marketing and successful closing of over $90,000,000 consideration of investment grade real estate in his short tenure at Marcus & Millichap. This has earned him the “Rising Star” recognition in his rookie year at the firm.

Prior to real estate, Sean has been working overseas in Singapore where he was responsible for overseeing his family business of acquisition and management of holdings and gained experience in developing strategies, financial analysis, human resources and overall management, which gave him a unique perspective in assisting other businesses with their strategic real estate decisions.
