Sean Pharms

Sean Pharms is a dedicated real estate professional helping families and investors throughout Southern California and across the entire state of California through a trusted referral network. Born and raised in Sacramento, Sean believes real estate is more than just buying and selling. It is about building futures, creating stability, and fostering generational wealth.

Known for his hands-on approach and clear communication, Sean is passionate about guiding clients through every step of the process to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience. Beyond serving his clients, Sean is a committed leader in both the real estate industry and his local community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Black Real Estate Professionals (CABREP), where he is the 2026 President-Elect and will serve as President in 2027. Sean previously served on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America North Los Angeles Chapter from 2024 to 2025. He is also a committee member of the Young Professionals Network within the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS®, supporting and empowering the next generation of industry leaders.

Deeply invested in community impact, Sean is a founding member of the PTSA and serves as Vice President of Membership for the Santa Clarita Valley International Charter School (SCVI), where he focuses on building strong relationships and fostering family engagement.

When he is not working, Sean enjoys life in the Santa Clarita Valley with his wife and two daughters, exploring the community they call home and making lifelong memories together.
