Sean represented my wife and I during the purchase of our first home in the Fredericksburg area. He was very helpful throughout the entire process from locating a suitable property that matched our needs and wants as well as helping us to get in touch with the right people to get the work done (septic inspector, surveying company, etc....). He kept us posted immediately upon any news on the offer and closing process and even helped us out in determining which utilities companies offered services to our address. He made the process of our 1st home purchase flawless and we will definitely use his services again if we ever decide to sell and or buy another home in the area.

Sean is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! He helped my wife and me find and buy our first house. When we were looking for a house, he knew about the locations and details of many houses in the area that fit what we were looking for, above and beyond what was required. Once we found the place we wanted, he helped me out every step of the way with mortgages, inspections, and other paperwork. I had never bought real estate before and didn't know much about the process, but Sean was always helpful with answering any questions. He always got back to my questions very quickly, whether it was by phone or by email. When I was going through the reams of paper involved in the lease, Sean helped me understand the significance of every part of the lease that I was unsure about. When we finally closed on the house, we got it for hundreds of dollars less than the asking price, with closing costs fully covered by the seller. That was all thanks to Sean's negotiating skills. To anyone looking to buy or rent a house in the Fredericksburg area, I highly recommend working with Sean Robinson you will not be disappointed.

Sean was the perfect agent to help us buy our first home. He took the time to fully explain every piece of the home buying process and always pointed out details at homes that 1st time homebuyers don't usually consider.
