My wife and I met Sean after a friend in the mortgage business recommended him. We explained our want list and our wish list, and just like that we were off to the races. We previewed a dozen or so homes and went to see a few. Then Sean pointed us at our new home ! It was in our budget and exactly what we needed ! Questions, concerns and everything in between were handled with ease by Sean. Can't say enough about his continued support and customer service !

If I could give 10 stars I would. It was my 1st time selling a home and I was nervous and anxious. Sean assured me not to worry and he had everything under control. He didnt lie! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, answered my questions even tho I'm sure I asked the same one several times. He was confident, friendly, respectful, helpful & right on top of things. He was very knowledgeable with the market so there were no issues when it came to appraisal. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

When it comes to purchasing a house, it's stressful, lack of sleep, running like crazy in a very demanding market. Sean is by far the best at what he does. Doesn't matter what time of day he was always available to answer all my questions, no matter how small they were. Sean becomes more than just a Realtor, he becomes your friend and does everything he can to get you what YOUR looking for. I will always recommend him!! Will be using him again if I ever need another house!!!

I was very lucky to have found Sean Smith, he helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He had a lot of patience to look at houses, and he helped me in this whole process of buying my first house.
In short, he was always on my side working to make my home purchase as simple and successful as possible. Sean was a HUGE part of our home buying success. We were living in SC at the time and trying to buy a home in VA. Sean was willing to go to houses and either FaceTime with us or send us videos of the houses we were interested in. Sometimes we felt bad for asking him to do so much since we were so far away, but he never complained once and always made it happen. Sean is both professional and personable, an all around good guy. If you have any realty needs, you should absolutely contact him!

My fiancé and I started the home buying process in September of 2020. Originally we used a realtor that my fiancé knew. During that process we signed a contract on a home we were shown that was out of the price range we outlined. During that process we attempted to negotiate some issues with the roof into the final price. Our realtor discouraged any negotiations and told us we were being unrealistic. We were instructed to offer the full price despite issues and concerns and realtor refused to negotiate on our behalf. When the inspection came back with several issues, we were able to get out of the contract. I mention this as a frame of reference. We didn’t know who to trust and as it was our first time buying a home, we were jaded.

Then our higher power sent us Sean. That may seem like hyperbole but I promise it isn’t. Sean and my fiancé, Jodi attended Jefferson High a few years apart. My fiancé checked with a few mutual friends and Sean was given rave reviews, so we gave him a shot. We were greatly rewarded. We outlined our price range and what we were ideally looking for. Sean was patient and believe me we tested it. He was kind and understanding, we never felt pressured as we felt before. Sean was always available and there were issues with communication. We had also had issues with that in our previous experience. Sean made the entire process not just less stressful but genuinely enjoyable. We found a home we absolutely love and were able to get the home at the appraisal number and not a penny higher. I think the world of Sean and so does my family. We are extremely grateful. I didn’t just buy a home with his help, I made a friend in the process. Sean isn’t just the best realtor in the area, he’s a wonderful man. He can be trusted and in this process that is of the utmost importance. If you’re looking to get into the market, whether buying or selling, there isn’t a person I would recommend more. Going with Sean is a decision I can guarantee you’ll never regret.
