Sean Waeiss

Sean Waeiss is the broker/owner of Wise Property Group. He began his real estate career at the age of nineteen in Indianapolis, Indiana. Starting off in commercial real estate and quickly transitioning into multi-family property management gave him the experience and skills needed to succeed in the real estate business. His local market expertise and real estate experience benefit his clients whether they are a first-time home buyer, looking for investment properties or needing to sell your home.

Living in the heart of 78704 for the past nine years has allowed him to tap into what makes Austin great and as an Austin advocate, he can find the right neighborhood, street, and house for any person. Knowing the real estate market in Austin is only the beginning.
