We connected with Sean over a year ago when we were casually browsing the real estate market with no firm plans to move. Sean was incredibly low pressure but still attentive to our needs while we figured out what we were looking for in a new home. When we narrowed our search to a few streets in our desired neighborhood, Sean sent out targeted postcards and even volunteered to knock on doors to chase down leads. As luck would have it, a house went for sale on one of these streets over a holiday weekend when our family and Sean were both out of state. Interrupting his family vacation, Sean helped us track down a mortgage broker, get preapproved, and submit a winning offer – all while we were still out of town.
