Seikiti Shinmon

Born and raised in Brazil and now a long-time resident of Miami, Seikiti Shinmon matches an international understanding of luxury with the expectations of South Florida clientele. As a Top Producer for Cervera in 2015, 2016, 2019, and 2021 it is Seikiti's extensive hands-on experience with many of the world's most elite luxury brands that have made him an asset to both developers and buyers. Before real estate, he worked for high-end resort destinations for ten years in the hospitality and tourism industry. This example gave Seikiti a unique insight into the motivations of buyers at the top end of the market. It allowed him to tailor a business approach that provided precisely that level of service in the real estate field.

Since he transitioned to real estate in 2011, Seikiti has held various sales and management positions with properties such as The Yacht Club at Portofino, Apogee, Murano at Portofino, St. Regis, and Continuum North. He was also responsible for selling more than a dozen pre-construction units at Brickell CityCenter as the project was still in its planning phases in 2014. Additionally, Seikiti has been the real estate professional of choice for such discerning clients as Alberto Parreira, Brazilian soccer coach and champion; Lais Rodrigues Oliveira, Victoria Secret Model; and Arnaldo Cesar Coelho, international soccer commentator. Seikiti is valued for his kindness and willingness to help all he serves. A true team player, he believes in forging strong relationships from the beginning, which is why many of his clients refer him to others and return to him for repeat sales and purchasing needs.

A graduate of the Miami Dade College's Hospitality Management program, Seikiti is looking forward to seeing his son begin his college career shortly. Besides spending time with family, Seikiti enjoys surfing and traveling to experience the world's best surf spots.
