Selma Tulkis is a phenomenal real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods. She also listens and makes it a point to understand what you want and do not want. Selma also understands the business, so knew to make adjustments to my contract to protect me. She is also one of the most responsive people I've ever worked with and I never had to wait to hear from her or receive information from her when she said she was going to send it.
It was a pleasure working with her and I'd absolutely recommend her.

Selma Tulkis helped us get a tremendous value for our home in a very short period of time. Her market analysis was right on target and enabled us to price our home as competitive as possible. The staging advice and pictures were terrific and brought a tremendous amount of traffic into our home which lead to 4 offers and several over asking price including closing in 29 days.
