Serena Kim

Serena is the founder of OSI Properties and a real estate agent with Iron Valley Real Estate Orlando. As an experienced investor and short-term rental host, Serena can help you buy or sell properties in Florida and share her knowledge and experiences with you.

Serena was born and raised in South Korea and moved to the United States in 2011 to pursue her master’s degree in Accounting at the State University of New York. In 2015 she became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in New York and a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate in 2020.

In 2013 Serena joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Internal Auditor and Deals Associate. Subsequently, in 2015 she joined Deloitte & Touché and became an Accounting Advisory Manager in 2018.
