Serenity Barren did an amazing job for me. My needs in finding a rental house were special because I needed her to find a house without me being in town. Serenity took the anxiety away with her excellent ability to stay in contact and consistently communicate. She went above and beyond with FaceTime calls allowing me to see every house she visited. Because of her persistence and professionalism Serenity was able to find us a rental within a short few weeks. I will definitely be utilizing her real estate services for my initial home purchase and for my future investment properties.

Serenity is a wealth of knowledge and so generous with her time and expertise! She has such a deep and genuine passion for turning renters into owners especially among young people and communities of color which is so needed! When I met her she was quick to make time for me in her busy schedule to break down the benefits and process of buying property. Though I’m not ready to start my homebuying process yet, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Serenity and would confidently recommend others consider her for their real estate needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Serenity. During a very difficult transaction of purchasing a condo, Serenity was on top of everything to make sure I received what I needed to finally close!!!! Working with Serentiy was such a seamless and easy process in what would be a high stress environement. Serenity does not once flinch at answering any question and is available at very flexible hours to ensure that you have all information needed. I first came to her after finding a property that I had randomly came across. I estimate our first conversation being around Dec. 10. Working through the holiday season and all, we were wrapped up by MLK Day. A true tireless worker she is. Even better she comes with a rolodex of inspectors and more to help with each step of the process. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The owner of Nitty Korn Investments and Real Estate is absolutely amazing! She was very responsive and very professional. She answered all of my questions in a very simplistic way that was easy for me to grasp and understand. After a 15 minute phone call she made me want to have her as a mentor or an consultant for the rest of my life!
