I went through many stages of what kind of purchase I wanted to make; land, trailer, or house. In the end, I went with his suggestion and I am so grateful that I did. He was very patient with me, as this was my first time buying a property by myself. Sergio helped us find our dream home for me and my little family . Sergio really did a bang up job for me, selling my vacant land on the hillside in San Jose. He got me top dollar fast, and for way more than I thought I would get. First off, he is unbelievably reliable, knowledgeable, and guided me through the process. He helped me with pre-sale suggestions that really boosted what I got for the property, and the video and pictures were staged really well. The buyer was extremely happy too, and the whole transaction went really smooth with no glitches. His professionalism and integrity are second to none. I have another property I will be looking to sell, and he will be the first person I look up. You cannot go wrong with Sergio, that’s for sure!
