Sergio Nazzaro

Sergio grew up in Denver and have an extensive local network and varied professional experience relevant to the practice of real estate. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Upon the completion of my 13-year service in the Air Force, to include one tour to Afghanistan, he completed his MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver.

In 2014, he became a licensed real estate broker for the purpose of conducting he owns real estate investing endeavors. He quickly realized that my project management experience, digital marketing skills, business education, and negotiation skills placed him in a unique position to excel in the representation of buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process. He has represented a wide array of buyers and sellers across the Front Range, have extensive experience representing buyers in the arena of new home construction, and in Colorado mountain communities.

He is passionate about real estate and the opportunity it affords to change someone’s life and, ultimately, make their dreams come true. Him career as a broker is an enormous privilege, as he serves his clients at the highest levels and with their best interests at heart.
