I began my Full-time Real Estate career after working for Paul Fleming with PF Chang’s and Fleming’s Prime Steak House and Wine Bar. Being in the fast paced - high volume restaurant environment reinforced and cemented my people skills, problem solver and one who never gives up to please his client’s. The first years in Real Estate were in the finance industry. I can say this is what gives me an edge when it comes to most agents is that I can give strategies on how to accomplish your goal of home ownership. Also, this is where I came across a lot of new clients looking to buy or refinance, many of which are clients to this day, staying true of my motto “help and give guidance first and the rest will follow”. Currently I represent dedicated Sellers and Buyers looking to own or sell Single Family Residences or diversify to other cash flowing real estate properties such as multi-family. I complete close to 20 rehab properties a year with my investor relationships, asking me for advice on how to maximize your home’s value is second nature. I can get you there!
