Seth grew up in Atlanta, GA. After finishing high school, he moved to Savannah, GA to pursue a 20 year career in the hospitality business. Since then, he has lived in Birmingham, Los Angeles, and Shanghai, China. While in Shanghai, his affiliation with his brother’s property management company, BUILD, led him to realize his passion for the commercial property business. After 5+ years in China and finding his lovely wife Sarah, he decided it was time to move back to the Unites States and landed in Vestavia Hills, AL to raise a family. Seth and Sarah have two kids, Theodore and Isabella, and happily live in the Country Club Of The South in Johns Creek, GA. Seth's hobbies include traveling, SCUBA, consulting on hospitality adventures (including the TOT SPOT food truck), and protecting the environment through various charities and volunteer opportunities.
