Seth Jennings

Seth moved to Nashville in 1985 when his father became a pastor at Christ Presbyterian Church. He attended CPA from second grade through high school, becoming one of the first graduating classes. With the exception of attending college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he's been in Nashville ever since. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Seth became fascinated by real estate. He bought his first piece of real estate in 2003. Since then, Seth has worn a lot of hats in the real estate business: homeowner, landlord, property manager, construction manager, flipper, investor and realtor. Seth is passionate about Nashville and helping people with their real estate needs.
