Shahzana had been amazing!!!!! She had been very helpful through our house search and getting our house sold. She did phenomenal job of marketing the house and amazing job of getting the offers for us. She definitely knows the area and lot of knowledge about houses. She is very patient and follows up with whatever she promises. We had to deal with difficult buyer and it’s agent yet Shahzana always represented us and made sure we get a good deal and benefit us as her client. She had always been couple of steps ahead of what is going on and always proactive to make sure offers are coming in that benefit us as her clients. For our buying property she was very persistent with the seller and got us the best deal possible. She was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process. She was there for both of our house inspections. Representing us with best way possible. If we needed her to be bridge between us and other agent she was always willing to do that and make the process as smooth as possible. I definitely will be working with Shahzana for any future real state transactions and refer her to friends and family who is looking for house. Can’t find anyone better than Shahzana. She definitely gets 5 stars from me.

Shahzana has been a great realtor for us and she helped us purchase our dream home. We were very picky and detailed on what we wanted but she made sure to take that extra time to understand what we were looking for. She was always prompt and responsive when we wanted to look at a place and provided great guidance on the current market and What was needed to bid successfully.

She was also very detailed and prompt on making sure all paperwork was done correctly and she did not leave any stone unturned! All of her preparation, her attentiveness, and her expertise helped us avoid any slowdowns or barriers that tend to come up when purchasing a house.

I cannot recommend her enough. She will treat you like family and will put in the extra work to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for!

Shahzana Ripp is one of the best estate agent I ever come across. I was looking for a reliable person to sell our family house; I spoke to her on over the phone and upon meeting she explained me with the whole procedure and suggested some realistic evaluation estimate. And to my surprise, soon I started receiving viewing requests and very shortly I received and accepted an offer. Although there were some delays from the buyer, yet Shahzana continued to update about the progress of the sale until we had completion.
