Thanks to her parents’ experience in property investments, Shakira Lewis Corn was still a kid when she began learning about real estate. That early and consistent stream of knowledge helped Shakira confidently make her first home purchase when she was just 21 years old, and she loves to help others achieve their real estate goals in part by commanding on her long-held insights. Furthermore, Shakira combines her wisdom with a strong sense of compassion, loyalty, authenticity, and determination.
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Shakira has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 1994. Wanting to use her skills and make a difference in real estate, she became a mortgage loan originator and, soon afterward, a real estate agent. With a diverse clientele that includes first-time buyers, current homeowners, and retirees, Shakira’s background has given her the ability to interact with clients professionally and diplomatically. She serves Sacramento County, California, where she’s lived since 1997, and the surrounding areas, including San Joaquin County.
When Shakira isn’t enjoying her downtime shopping, traveling, or expanding her culinary tastes, you might find her relaxing with candle making, painting, or crafting. Above all, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and three Chihuahuas. A pastor’s wife, Shakira and her husband are very active in their church and work together to feed and clothe those experiencing homelessness.
