With over 25 combined years in residential real estate sales, commercial brokerage, and corporate real estate, Shalaya is among the longest-tenured real estate professionals of her generation. Her experience across the industry coupled with a deep understanding of local markets and trends empowers every client to make smart, data-informed decisions in any climate.

As a Bay Area native with a background in technology and marketing, Shalaya is highly solution-oriented and a natural disruptor. She actively seeks out creative options, negotiation levers, and opportunities to think “outside-of-the-box” all while delivering a personalized customer experience that seamlessly meets her clients' goals. Whether buying a first home, investment property, pied-à-terre, or selling with the intention to optimize an existing portfolio, Shalaya’s expertise and industry knowledge set her clients apart from the competition every time.

Shalaya received her California real estate salesperson license in 2004 and her broker license in 2011. Prior to joining Compass, Shalaya owned and operated her namesake boutique, and real estate brokerage for over 11 years while serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. During that time, Shalaya was featured on HGTV’s hit show "My First Place”.

Shalaya is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a bachelor of arts degree in Rhetoric. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
