I knew Shandra personally before working with her professionally in San Diego in 2005. We were retiring out of state and she sold our townhome. I remember receiving a comprehensive binder of information from her so I pulled it out in order to write this review. We listed the property April 26th and closed escrow June 9th. The condo sold for full asking price. Shandra is extremely professional. The binder contained a Comparative Market Analysis;Weekly Marketing Plan; Explanation of Transaction Costs and other documents. Shandra has that special combination of professionalism and personal warmth. She has an extremely positive attitude and is available whenever needed. She stays in communication and answers any questions or concerns a client may have. In addition to this transaction, after we had moved out of state we needed to purchase a small second home condo in San Diego. Shandra handled this remotely for us. She found the condo and we submitted the offer based on pictures, videos and information she provided. It was an estate sale and she navigated all of the complexities (I believe the seller lived in New York.). She handled all of the relevant inspections and we completed the purchase, moved in and were very happy with the unit, the building and the location. So, I would love to work with Shandra again.
