Shane Bangle has been awesome to work with! We have also enjoyed working with Drew as part of the Manna Team as well. My wife and I just closed on an investment property with Shane. We saw a great investment property on the MLS, and he got us inside for a walk-through within 30 minutes of it being listed. He moved so fast! Which is what was needed to get this particular property.

Shane has strong knowledge of what makes a good investment property, he’s very professional, a good communicator, and very knowledgeable of the local Spokane market. He’s willing to go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. Shane also has high integrity and great people skills, we highly recommend working with him!

Victoria Smartt isn't just an agent, she's a friend. She's there for you in your corner from start to finish throughout the home buying process! She wants to see you succeed and is very flexible about scheduling showing times so that you can go see homes when you have time. She will fight for you and do everything that needs to be done to get you a home you love that is in proper working order too. She helped arrange with the seller to have repairs done on a home we were buying before we moved in, which saved us a lot of time and money and helped the home to qualify for an FHA loan.

This review is for Laura Fifield, our amazing real estate agent who worked with us for about 2 years! We began working with her when we were still living in Hawai’i, and she stuck with us until we purchased our home here in Idaho. I say stuck with us, because it was a very long, tedious search for us to find a home! We are VERY picky, and she was so patient with us and never gave up on us. She consistently found us new homes to look at, put in a dozen or so offers for us, and looked at many more homes with us. We went down every avenue of possibility with her: rental properties, duplex, new builds, land, manufactured, single family…you name it! She never pushed us on anything we didn’t feel comfortable with. We had some strict limitations that made finding “the one” very difficult, but it is a big purchase and we were set on what we wanted and what we felt comfortable spending . She handled it beautifully and fought for us to get the home we are now in. I would highly recommend her! We will be using her services again in a couple of years!

My husband and I decided that we wanted to settle down in Spokane. After some research on realtors in the area, we connected with Shane Bangle. We gave him a challenging task in helping us find a home remotely and he was more than up to the task. We closed on our first home one month later! When buying a first home on a completely remote basis there is only one thing that can make that happen...complete and utter trust in your real estate agent. Shane built a high level of trust with us from the first phone interaction all the way to closing...and then some. He took us on video tours of any home we were interested in. He answered any questions we had. He genuinely cared about making sure we were successful in finding the right home at a fair price. He treated us with familiarity and honesty in every interaction. It sounds cliche, but Shane is more than a real estate agent to us. We now consider him a friend. After the sale was final and the closing documents were signed, he went out of his way to help us when many others could have washed their hands of their clients. He assisted us in getting the internet installed at our home as well as a few other systems by meeting with technicians on our behalf (because we were still remote). I first connected with Shane in January 2021. My husband and I didn’t buy our house until November 2022! We were indecisive about what we wanted, and with all our work/life obligations combined, we were not prepared or eager to participate in a competitive housing market. Shane gave us more patience and compassion than we probably deserved during that time. I appreciate this about him more than anything else. We looked at homes on and off again several times before making our first and only offer. Shane was generous with his time, efforts, and commitment to helping us find our forever home. We chose Shane’s recommendation for a local lender and from start to finish (we closed in less than 21 days!), the process was smooth, accommodating, and personable! Shane’s team ensured we were in our home a few days before a previously scheduled vacation, so we’d have ample time to move in and, they pushed our closing date up to the day before Veteran’s Day, which meant a lot to us as actively serving military members. Shane was a pleasure to work with when my wife and I were looking to buy our first home. The market was crazy and we were nervous but Shane took the time to walk us through everything and calm our nerves. We looked at several houses and Shane was upfront and honest with what he thought the value proposition was with some of the less desirable properties and the reality of the fact that while some houses were listed in our price range, the offer they would ultimately accept would be out of our price range. The real estate market at the time was booming and Shane made sure we were taken care of. We ultimately had our offer accepted on the second property we submitted an offer for. When I moved to Spokane in 2018, I moved with the intention of buying a home as soon as I could. I lined up a realtor, met with her and discussed what I wanted to do. We are so thankful that Shane was our realtor for our move to Spokane. For months we were anxious about finding a house in such a hot market. The same day we sold our house in Boise, Idaho, we saw a listing in Spokane that we really wanted. Within 24 hours, Shane was at the house, taking video and talking us through the details. It was/is a fixer upper in the country, and Shane's experience as a realtor with some construction knowledge/background was hugely important. Unexpectedly, the deadline to make offers was moved up and we had to put in an offer on incredibly short notice.
