Shane Billings

Shane represents buyers and sellers of office and industrial properties, land, and environmentally impacted properties. He also provides tenant/landlord representation in each of these property types. A Tampa resident since 1994, he graduated from Indiana University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. His environmental background has enabled him to provide solutions for property owners, even when contamination exists on and off site. In addition to commercial real estate, he has over 25 years of environmental industry experience having managed/completed more than 1,000 environmental due diligence studies on all types of real estate. He has conducted contamination assessments, groundwater monitoring, initial remedial actions and storage tank closure assessments at commercial & industrial sites, gas stations, dry cleaners and agricultural properties. His ardent ability to navigate and obtain public agency and historical land use records allows him to provide his clients with invaluable knowledge to help them purchase or sell real estate.
