My partner and I worked with Shane from November 2019 - February 2020. We are first time home owners and very nervous and overwhelmed by the entire process. Shane was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and we were not disappointed. He worked day and night with us through the entire holiday season to facilitate what turned out to be a very very very difficult deal due to an uncooperative seller. Shane did everything within his power to make this process as smooth as possible for us and get us into our dream home! He is very responsive, communicative, and gets the deal done.
