Shane Dolinski is a native New Mexican and has lived most of his life here in Albuquerque., Dolinski bought his first house in 1998, and have since purchased many homes that he has used for investments. Dolinski is proud to be Albuquerque’s Airbnb Community Leader and am the Ambassador for Airbnb in NM. He currently owns and operate 3 Airbnb’s here in Albuquerque. Dolinski loves the outdoors and enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, skiing, fishing, hiking, and camping! For the last two years, he has really enjoyed Mountain Climbing and found it to be a new passion. NM offers SO much to do if you are looking to get out of the city!

Shane helped us buy our first home. He guided us through every step and made the process as smooth as possible. As a life-long Albuquerque resident, he's very familiar with various neighborhoods in the city. He always responded to my messages quickly (usually within minutes), and was great at accommodating to our schedule. He really focused on finding what worked for us, and was not pushy at all. On top of everything, he has a cheerful and pleasant personality, which is definitely important in this stressful process! I highly recommend Shane to anyone looking to buy a home in the ABQ area.

As a first time home buyer moving from the east coast to Albuquerque, I was overwhelmed by the whole process. Shane not only walked me through each step, he did so with patience and enthusiasm. He was my eyes when I couldn't visit a house in person. He was present at every inspection when I was under contract. He was consistently responsive and advocated for me the whole way through. At the time, I had no idea how fortunate I was to be working with Shane. Many thanks for helping me find my home.

Shane is simply the best buyer's agent one could hope for. We moved here to NM from TX and he had been my eyes and ears on the ground until I found something I loved. He is a very good listener and goes the extra miles to find you what you are looking for. The other thing that I find great about him is his persistence. My closing got delayed because of a credit report glitch but somehow he persuades my lender to expediate the process. I will definitely look him up for all my real-estate related needs.
