Shane helped make a long time dream come true. Within 16 weeks of contacting him, Shane and I found the perfect home at a great price right in the middle of Denver. He expertly walked me through the whole process and went to bat for me at every possible opportunity. I even ended up getting my home for $25k below the appraisal price PLUS a credit from the seller. I walked away with cash in my pocket for necessary repairs. Shane even showed up on closing day with a bottle of prosecco and a smile a mile wide. I felt like he was genuinely happy for me and proud of what we accomplished together. Shane is the man, plain and simple. A consummate professional with the heart of a punk rocker; the right balance of savvy and rebellious to have your back in this highly competitive and cutthroat market.

Can not recommend Shane highly enough. His level of experience really comes through when you work with him, it's a huge asset to have someone you can simply trust to patiently represent your interests when going through something stressful like a home sale/purchase. He answers questions astutely, is extremely prompt and organized, and has excellent instincts when negotiating with the other party. Don't shoot yourself in the foot using a bum agent, Shane easily justifies his cost, do yourself a favor and use him.

My husband had interviewed three agents to list our family’s historic mountain vacation home. This 1874 treasure had been loved and enjoyed by three generations over 70 years of ownership! Parting with it was difficult and we were particular in our selection of a realtor. Shane stopped by an estate sale we were hosting at the property. He introduced himself, shopped, and returned within 2 hours with a comprehensive market analysis. We were captivated by his knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Our search was over and surprisingly, our realtor had found US! His skilled photographer captured our home with breathtaking images! Even our adult children, who had viewed the listing online, called to say, “Wow!” In a slowing market, we had an offer within 34 days. As out of town sellers on the East Coast, Shane expertly guided us through negotiations and a contract. When we arrived on a holiday weekend to clear the house for closing, Shane was there to assist us in every way! Shane Henry was an absolute pleasure to work with and gets our highest recommendation!

For starters, I’m someone who doesn’t write reviews but feel it’s necessary to share my experience with working with Shane. When my husband and I bought our townhome earlier this year we wanted someone that was attentive to our particular buying needs and that was knowledgeable enough to guide us in the right directions in this crazy market. Shane surpassed those needs and many more. He is not only a realtor that knows the Denver market inside and out but just an incredibly great, down to earth guy to work with. My husband knew Shane of 303 Property for many years and when we were thinking of relocating from Los Angeles to Denver, he reached out to 303 Property to let him know we were coming out and interested in possibly purchasing our first home. When we first met with Shane, he set aside his weekend to meet with us and despite my husband having known him on a personal level, he was extremely professional, transparent and took the time to educate us on the process, and to learn what we wanted and didn’t want.

Having never purchased a home before we had no idea what we were doing especially because we were out of state. Shane’s expertise, excellent communication, reliability, and initiative made our experience stress free and actually feel easy. My husband and I had heard about the kind of stress there was in purchasing a home, but we didn’t experience that at all.

He took the time to show us homes via facetime and gave his honest opinion. What I most loved about working with Shane was that he genuinely cared about finding a perfect home for us; a home that we absolutely loved, and wasn’t trying to just make a sale.

When we found the home we knew we wanted, he immediately went to work and our offer was counter offered in 30 minutes at a very good price for what we were getting and within two hours we were under contract.

People thought we were crazy to buy a home we didn’t see in person but we trusted Shane and had done several walk throughs of homes with him and just knew it was the right one. And it is! We love it!!!

Shane and 303 Property went above and beyond by taking care of everything from doing the walk through for us, to negotiating repairs as we were out of state, to letting us know it was going to snow so that our sprinkler system wouldn’t be jeopardized.

I highly recommend 303 Property. You won’t be disappointed!

Shane was recommended to me by a friend, and I sure am happy I took their advice. I also later found out a couple other friends used him as their realtor when buying a house.

For me the best thing about working with Shane was his down-to-earth-ness. I felt like I could be myself around him 100% of the time and ask any questions I may have. We were able to find and get me into a house in about one months time and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for an experienced, straight-shooter.

A noteworthy add-on would also be to say, all of the people he recommended to me, were extremely professional and helpful. The inspector, Carmine was a treat to work with

I sold my condo with Shane in April of 2019 and was very impressed with his dedication and his attention to detail. Though the place was clean, he gave the windows and floor some extra love and it really showed in the photos! My unit sold quickly and at a great price. He was always available to answer all of my questions.

I was so happy with 303 Properties, that my fiancé and I used them again to purchase our home in August of 2019. Shane listened to what our needs were and helped us find the best fit. He patiently looked at each house and gave us really great advice on things I wouldn’t have thought to look at.
