My partner and I have been renting an apartment owned by Shane for the past 6 months, and I can finally say, we found a landlord in the Boston area who cares about his property and the wellbeing of his tenants! Since we moved in, Shane has been attentive with any issues that have popped up. Recently, we had a problem with the wood floors in our unit after a hot water pipe was leaking. Shane quickly sent someone over and within a day he put us up in a hotel and the entire apartment was undergoing repairs. He kept us informed throughout the entire repair process, personally came to the hotel to check us in and pay, and was kind and optimistic throughout the entire week and a half process. We returned to an apartment with beautiful wood vinyl floors, brand new doors, fresh paint on any damaged walls, and brand new water pipes. The workers he hired were respectful and extremely careful with all of our items (which they moved multiple times). At the end, Shane also had a cleaning service come in before we returned.

This is a fantastic landlord and property owner. Shane’s hands-on approach has been present since day one; when we first toured the apartment (in Cambridge/Alewife) with our broker, Shane was also there to meet us and show us the property. My partner has been living in Boston/Cambridge since 2021, and there is absolutely no comparison when it comes to the top-notch quality of this landlord and his properties. For anyone looking for accommodations in the area, 10/10 recommend renting from Shane!

Amidst the sea of potential agents, I am beyond grateful to have found Shane!

Shane's knowledge and experience are unmatched. His network is extensive, and his intuition is sharp. He lined up the perfect people to do the work needed in my condo before selling and got the right people through the door for the open house. In addition, he did an extensive search of similar properties in my area to determine the perfect asking price.

My place sold in one week­ (over asking!) thanks to Shane. ­

Throughout the process, I felt comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to. He was responsive and always explained things in a way that set my mind at ease. He's also a great listener and respectful of the urgency that comes with the territory of selling or buying a home.

If you want an agent who is connected, invested, and gives 110%, I highly recommend Shane.

I used Shane Marrion to sell my Somerville house In April 2023 and had a very positive experience throughout the entire process. Shane was knowledgeable of local real estate and provided ab effective strategy to sell the house. As a result, I received many competitive home offers and was able to sell for over what I expected. Additionally he recommended and we were able to secure a rent back so that I could stay in the home as I use the new capital to purchase a new home. Shane and his partners at Benoit all made the process seamless and accommodating to my schedule (and my dog). Extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend Shane if you are interested in selling your home.
