Shane Polach

Shane Polach is a licensed broker associate and has been a full-time real estate agent since May of 2005. Shane was born and raised in Central Texas and attended Texas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource and Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology. After earning his degree, Shane worked in flood data research and mapping to determine flood plains and define flood zones for landowners and home buyers. He also spent eight years as a land surveyor in the Austin area working his way up from rodman to survey technician and project manager.

Shane specializes in working with buyers and sellers on residential and farm and ranch transactions. He is also very involved with the Williamson County Association of Realtors and has been a member on the Political Action Committee and a past chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee. Shane is active in his local community and is a chamber ambassador for the Taylor Chamber of Commerce and member and past president of the Taylor Lions Club.

Shane has always loved the outdoors and enjoys bowhunting, mountain biking, fishing, and camping. He is a certified archery coach for the Wilco 4H shooting sports club. He also enjoys training hunting dogs.
