Shane is AWESOME! He's a young, optimistic agent who is willing to answer your questions and work with u diligently through the very tiresome process of buying your home. Even when he doesn't know the answer, he does his research and use his resources to get you those answers. He is very PATIENT!!! He was really good at helping us out with all the paperwork because my husband and I both work so it was a challenge keeping up with all the fine prints and such but Shane would read through everything and simplify it for us, highlighting and EXPLAINING the important points, etc... He is great! Being first time home buyers he really helped us get through the process without us pulling our hairs out. He kept a vigilant eye on the market and was really quick in setting up showings and putting in our offers. He always took my calls or responded to my messages promptly!
