Shane Stillinger

Originally from the small town of Kingstree, South Carolina, Shane grew up just like most of the visitors of Myrtle Beach. He was able to visit the area a few times throughout the year, and dream of growing up and one day owning a home on the Grand Strand. During his teenage years Shane convinced his parents to let him live at the beach while working for local restaurants and hotels.
Shane graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management. Throughout his service based career he lived and worked in Gainesville Florida, Washington D.C., Baltimore Maryland, Fairfax Virginia, Charleston South Carolina and Atlanta Georgia. His passion for providing excellent service originated along the Grand Strand and it has brought Shane back to his roots. He is humbled by the opportunity to now help others realize this same dream of coastal living. As a native, Shane is keenly aware of the many different housing markets available in the region, and what each community has to offer its residents. While relocating himself numerous times, Shane sympathizes with all of the stresses that come along with selling your current home or finding your new one. Shane has been fortunate enough to travel to over twenty countries. His travel history along with his professional international experiences allows him to effectively communicate and work for clients from any background or culture.

Shane is a small town boy who still enjoys catching waves with the young dreamers and teaching others to appreciate this special place we call home. He and his wife, a local of course, are now raising their three young children in the same community that raised them.
