In 1998 Shane Vanderleelie started his real estate career as a sales associate working with buyers and sellers. Eventually, He became licensed in Mortgage and Appraisal to gain more market knowledge to better serve he customers. Over the years, Shane has worked with 100's of home buyers and sellers. He worked to get involved with investments in his own buying and selling and have owned rental portfolios. This was an excellent help for consulting national and multinational companies to expand their Real Estate portfolios with residential and commercial properties.
