With 25-plus years of personal experience and a brokerage founded in the 1980s by his father-in-law Clyde Davis, Shane brings more than four decades of continuous market presence to every transaction.
A Texas A&M Business graduate and former builder, Shane specializes in new construction, master-planned communities, acreage homes, ranches, land, and commercial real estate. His construction background gives clients a clear advantage when evaluating builder quality, negotiating contracts, and pricing rural property. In 2008, his company earned a place on the Aggie 100, an honor reserved for the fastest-growing Aggie-owned companies worldwide.

When he’s not working with clients, Shane enjoys time with his wife Paige, their two grown children, traveling to the Texas coast, and singing at church.
