I had a wonderful experience with my first home purchase thanks to my realtor Shanese Williams. She was very patient and informative. If I had a question, she had an answer. She walked us through step by step. She had no problem showing us as may houses as we wanted to see. All I can say is it was a very pleasant experience.

Mine is not for her real estate. I used to work with Shanese… she was a spectacular person when we were co workers. Her words of positivity and encouragement were everything. I missed her when she was awarded a promotion. Never told her how much I missed her. You could not have gotten a better person for all your needs. God Bless you Ms. Williams. You are my sister for life.

Shanese Williams is more than a five STAR she’s a 10 . She didn’t look at me a single Black female with dollar signs in her eyes she treated me like I matter and tears are in my eyes right now just thinking about it. Just escaping an abusive relationship I had a few obstacles in my way and I didn’t think I was qualified to get an apartment. she gave me the strength I needed to get my but out there and told me I was more than qualified. Her expertise and kindness went way beyond a Real estate professional. Once she found out how bad I needed a place she said It was now her mission to be a blessing to me. She told me I was someone’s mom and she would like someone to help her mom. She even showed me a no fee apartment and said me getting an apartment was more than the fee. Long story short I now have a beautiful apartment and lots of peace of mind thanks to a random stranger who cared and for that we will be friends for life. Thanks Shanese for reminding me that I am enough and I matter.
