I needed to sell a property as quickly as possible and Shani's knowledge of the real estate market, pricing and staging was instrumental in completing the sale successfully in a timely manner. This was exceptionally noteworthy because the sale took place during a period of unpredictability brought on by the COVID19 pandemic. Throughout the process, she kept me informed about the activity and feedback that was being received about the property and was responsive and available to answer questions, offer suggestions and advise about negotiating, scheduling appointments and responding to requests for repairs. There's no way we could have purchased an investment property and placed a tenant therein from out of state, if it weren't for Shani Dixon's network, prompt communication, expertise and get-it-done approach to it all.

We have very specific criteria for our investments and she didn't waste our time with listings that didn't make sense. Her contractors showed up and got the job done (rehab, remodeling, repairs). She leveraged her network of inspectors, service providers, project managers, lawyers, etc. And she knows all of the municipalities in Central and South Jersey and helped us navigate inspections, certifications, utilities, etc so that nothing got missed.

She's not only our boots on the ground in our chosen investment area but she's a trusted partner with whom I will do business again. Highly recommend!
