Shannon was professional from start to finish. She lined up multiple listing to show us to make the most of our trips to see properties.(sometimes two days in a row) She warned us of potential problems that would slow down the approval process because we needed to get closed quickly. She always had time for our questions and concerns. Shannon quickly dealt with any issues that came up once we were under contract and guided us every step of the way. She went above and beyond our expectations as our realtor. I would highly encourage anyone to use Shannon's services. She is AWESOME!!!!

I apologize for the lateness of this review as it is so overdue. Shannon is one of the greatest in the business! She is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. Shannon was patient and always a text or phone call away. She was always ready to show a house at a mins notice. We started our search before the pandemic, but quickly put it on hold as things progressed. A year later we decided to restart our search during the height of the real estate wave. Within a week, we were under contract and anticipating closing the deal on our new home! During a highly competitive market, she was the defining factor in closing on a home that had multiple offers above asking price. We are eternally grateful and would absolutely recommend her as she is a gem in the business! We have worked with other realtors in the past and nothing is comparable. It was an immense pleasure working with Shannon. From the moment she met with us to post-closing it was nothing but smooth sailing. She took an extremely stressful time in our lives with work and relocating and made it seem so possible. Four years ago, met Shannon as I was looking for a new house. I was very particular, and Shannon spent the next two years suggesting and showing houses. When I finally found the perfect one, she made the process move efficiently and I was able to sell my old house and complete the purchase of the new one in under 2 months. When problems with the seller arose, Shannon actively and professionally defended my interests so that things were resolved in my favor. During the stressful time of moving, Shannon smoothed things out to make it more manageable. Her skill in getting things done efficiently played an even bigger role than I imagined as about 6 months after I moved in the Covid pandemic set in.

Shannon helped me and my husband with buying our first home. We were very new to the whole process and I think we would have had an extremely hard time with all the necessary steps that are involved without her expert advise, counseling, helpful e-mails with resources, and quick communication by calling, texting, or e-mailing! I can't thank her enough for staying on top of our lender and title company in order to ensure we closed on schedule, and for being there with us during home inspections. Shannon was amazing in helping us find our first home. As a first time home buyer we really didn't know what to expect and she was able to kindly re-orient us into proper expectations. We were also purchasing during the seller's market of 2021 so finding homes was even more difficult. Fortunately for us Shannon was able to pull off a miracle. Another great point about her is that she has built up excellent contacts to assist in the purchase of the home so if you feel overwhelmed by trying to find a good inspector, a mortgage lender and other parties that are required to buy the home then she can help there too!
She has also been there post-purchase when we have questions. She knows what it takes to have satisfied clients and she does go the extra mile.
